Commercial
It’s not just your home that we are going to be able to help you with. We believe that any commercial building can benefit from unique landscaping. If we are talking about a store or a restaurant that needs to find ways to bring people in decent landscaping can help contribute to that. Even in office buildings having your outdoor areas looking good certainly speaks well of your company. We know that a lot of businesses end up just going with mostly hardscapes because they don’t have the time or the willingness to deal with living plants and other elements. We want to help change that concept.
Recurring Services
If you want to have a company that tends to your commercial landscaping areas we can be that company. As a business owner you don’t necessarily have to have someone that is on top of us to do the work. You can draw up a set of instructions for us and we’ll be sure to follow them to letter every time that we arrive on the property. From there you can do regular check ups on us if you’d like. If you want to have a more hands on approach that’s fine as well. It’s your property we just want to help!
Durable Hardscapes
One of the best ways to create a unique outdoor area that can look the part, but won’t be giving you a ton of trouble is through hardscapes. We mention in our hardscapes page that we are able to create and install hardscapes from different types of materials. If durability is the most important asset for you we can make arrangements to ensure that you’ll be getting that sense of durability. We can achieve this through concrete hardscapes as well as paving stone hardscapes and other options.
No, Commercial Services Are Not Necesairly More Expensive
There is this idea that when you are booking a commercial service you are bound to end up with a heftier bill compared to a very similar project in a residential scenario. We won’t be charging more for any of the commercial services that we offer. If the materials that we are using are the same and the work is the same the price tag should be to. There is one factor though that can come into play that can make these services a little bit more pricy. That’s exactly what we discuss in the next paragraph.
Following Local Guidelines & Using Facities In Your Favor
There are going to be more laws and restrictions when we are working in and around public places. For example, if you build a drain your property and you take up a little bit of your sidewalk you would legally need to get a permit for some of those projects. Yet, many times folks work on their own homes and the authorities turn a blind eye. With commercial projects we have to make sure that we have all of the necessary permits. Usually local authorities are not so kind. Those types of things can drive up the price tag on the service.
